MOTHER BIRD IN ACTION

Gary's Garden managed to capture mother bird in action this morning. This time, the nest was just there for this mother bird to lay eggs in it. She does not need to build a new one. Again, there are two eggs in it (Please refer January 2006 postings titled "BIRD IS HERE AGAIN TO LAY EGGS).

Well, the pictures show a mother's love is the greatest of all, irrespective of the living creature a human or an animal. The pictures show where a mother's love begins.........

CHINESE NEW YEAR .VALENTINE.TRAFFIC JAMS

The month of January and February 2006 was an eventful one. Chinese of the world was celebrating the most important festival of a Lunar calender. It marks the begining of a year. The celebration starts with a reunion dinner among family members in the eve of the first day of Chinese New Year.

Celebration of the festival becomes more hectic nowadays as the young ones need to go back to their parents' home and thereafter to the in-laws'. The distance involved easily totalled up at least 500km. This makes me think whether is it worth the trouble to travel up and down just to attend the reunion dinner and meet up with relatives and friends. Can't we think of other ways to celebrate the festival in a more relax and enjoyable mood? Just imagine the traffic congestion that occurred during the rush hours, it really spoils the mood of celebrating Chinese New Year.

The 2006 Chinese New Year ends with Valentine Day on the 14th February. Again, traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur somehow spoilt the mood again. Perhap the authorities should think in depth to solve the traffic congestion problem, especially in Kuala Lumpur.

Well, the consolation to all these bad mood were that I had the chance to see some rare wildlifes with my own eyes during travels and that my valentine really appreciates the roses that I offered.
